Looking up members

The Members page is where staff find out who somebody is: their Discord and Roblox accounts, their punishments, tickets and applications, all on one page.

Finding somebody

  • Open Members and search by Discord name, Roblox username or either ID. Switch between Everyone and Linked (only members who linked a Roblox account here).
  • Or press Ctrl + K anywhere and type the name.
  • In Discord, /whois shows somebody’s Roblox account, and /reverse-whois finds the member behind a Roblox username.

Export CSV downloads the list, for example to check your group against your Discord.

A member’s page

PartWhat it shows
DiscordDisplay name, username, nickname, when they joined, their roles and their user ID.
RobloxThe account they linked, how and when. Empty if they have not linked on this server.
HistoryEvery punishment they got here, on Discord and on Roblox together.
Tickets and ApplicationsWhat they opened and sent here, with a link to each.

Badges next to the name say whether they are staff, whether they left the server, and whether they are not linked.

What you can do there

ButtonWhat it does
Issue punishmentOpens the punishment dialog with this member filled in.
Update rolesWorks out their roles and nickname again, right now. Use it after a promotion in your Roblox group.
Staff profileFor staff members: their hours, quotas, notes and strikes.
Remove link from this serverThis server stops using their Roblox account and takes back the roles it gave. Other servers are not affected. They can link again with /verify.

Good to know

Somebody who linked on another server is shown as not linked here until they run /verify on your server. That is on purpose: a member decides which servers see their Roblox account. Nobody can link an account for somebody else.
